KDM Server offers five services: virtual and dedicated servers from Germany, ready-made business systems (Odoo, Nextcloud, automation, document archive), IT administration by subscription, AI operations around the clock, and private AI servers for use inside your own network. The services can be combined, billing is monthly, and prices start at €14 a month.

Can services be combined?
Yes, that is the normal case: a dedicated server with AI operations plus IT administration for the workstations. They are billed separately and arrive on one invoice.
Is there a minimum term?
Not for virtual servers and subscriptions — those run monthly. For dedicated servers the term of the respective hardware applies.
What happens when load grows?
Memory and disk can be extended without downtime, billed from the day of the change. When the hardware reaches its limit we say so in advance and propose the move.
Do you work with companies outside Germany?
Yes, across the EU. Contracts and invoices run through W&K Connect GmbH in euro; support is in German and English.
