Nextcloud hosting from KDM Server is a configured Nextcloud under a GDPR data processing agreement: shared storage, calendars, contacts, video meetings and document editing in the browser. The data sits on our servers in Germany, is backed up daily and monitored around the clock. For your staff little changes: folders in the file explorer, an app on the phone, appointments in the calendar programme they already use.

Frequent questions
Can we keep using Microsoft Office?
Yes. Files open locally in Word or Excel and sync back; an office interface is also available in the browser.
How do our files get out of OneDrive or Google Drive?
We migrate them with the folder structure; the switch is scheduled for a weekend.
What about e-mail?
E-mail stays separate. We set up access, but we do not run a mail server for you if your mailboxes live elsewhere.
How safe are share links?
Password and expiry date are preset; who created which link is recorded in the log.
