Where we are taking operations
Our view of the next five years — and what of it already runs today.
Autonomous operations means infrastructure that watches itself, repairs itself and plans capacity ahead, while people only decide. Running today: automatic provisioning of new servers, monitoring around the clock, automatic resolution of standard incidents, and automatic invoicing. In progress: load forecasting, an extended list of permitted actions, and AI servers on customers’ own premises.

- AI servers at customer sites with updates that need no permanent internet
- SLA credits triggered without a request
What we deliberately do not do
We do not give agents the right to change configuration permanently, delete data or decide about money. We do not promise dates we cannot keep. And we do not call anything autonomous when a human on night duty still stands behind it.
