Will you take over an existing environment?
Yes. We start with an inventory and a list of what we found — the uncomfortable items are on it too.
How fast do you respond?
By the agreed level: critical incident one hour, high four hours, medium the next working day. The levels are in the contract, not in the small print.
We have our own IT people — what then?
We take over what you want to hand off: usually night cover, backups and server operations.
How is access protected?
Every access runs through a personal account with logging; passwords sit in an encrypted vault your own manager can access as well.
Do you work with staff outside Germany?
Yes. Remote support runs in German and English across the EU. We come on site anywhere in Germany and Ukraine; in other EU countries we work remotely or by arrangement.
