A ready-made solution is a fully configured business system on a server in Germany: installed, hardened, backed up, monitored and updated regularly. You need neither to set up software nor to hire an administrator. We have been running these systems for years with active customers and hand them on as a standard — with the adjustments your process requires.

What “proven” means here
These are not marketplace images. We run them in production — connected to scales, label printers, banks and phone systems at customers whose daily business depends on them. That experience is built into the standard configuration.
Frequent questions
Does the data belong to us?
Entirely. At the end of the contract you receive a complete export.
Can it be customised?
Yes. Customisation and interfaces by effort (€95/hour) or at a fixed price.
Who does the updates?
We do — first on a copy, then on the live system, not the other way round.
And if we want to leave?
You take your data with you and, where possible, the whole system. No locks and no exit fee.
In which languages is support available?
German and English. Documentation for your staff can be delivered in either language.
